Pelicana serves terrific fried bird in all of its formats, including this astonishingly rich and juicy Ugly Chicken Sandwich. Pictured is the Pelicana Signature with crisp-fried dark meat and their lively proprietary sauce, but the one with "spicy ranch" is equally good.
